Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

β€’ Unwashed
β€’ Free from stains, odors, or damage
β€’ Returned in original packaging with tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened, worn, or used:

β€’ Bonnets or headwear once worn

β€’ Clearance or final sale items

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom printed items and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

This includes:

β€’ Custom apparel
β€’ Personalized items
β€’ Special order products


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Your email must include:

β€’ Order number
β€’ Photos of the item
β€’ Photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a refund if necessary.


Exchanges

If you need a different size for apparel, exchanges may be available depending on inventory.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank.
