All purchases made through Mali-LaShae' are considered final sale.
We do not offer refunds for items once an order has been placed and processed. Please ensure that you carefully review your order details, including product selection, size, color, and shipping address before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.
If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped before the 24-hour window, it cannot be canceled.
After 24 hours, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or changed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue and provide assistance.
To submit a claim, please email support@malilashae.com and include the following:

A brief description of the issue

Three clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

A photo of the packing slip

Proof of purchase
This documentation is required in order for us to evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement if approved.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.
Invalid or Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
If an order is returned to us due to:

an invalid address

an incomplete address

or failure to retrieve the package
the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
Delivered Packages
Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Mali-LaShae' is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
